2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tools for reach measurement, no analytics or tracking methods and no advertising networks. No user profiles are created. 3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted and delivered by Netlify. The provider is Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA (“Netlify”). When the website is accessed, Netlify, as a technical service provider, automatically processes connection data in so-called server log files. The following may be recorded: your device’s IP address, date and time of access, the page/file accessed, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and technically error-free provision of the website. This log data is stored only for a short period – with Netlify, typically a few days – and then deleted automatically; it is not retained long-term or combined with other data sources.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Data Processing Agreement) is in place with Netlify, available at netlify.com/pdf/netlify-dpa.pdf.
Processing also takes place in the USA. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, Netlify has agreed to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Details are set out in Netlify’s privacy policy (netlify.com/privacy).
The source code of this website is managed via GitHub. GitHub is not involved in delivering the website to visitors and does not receive any personal data of visitors in this process.
4. Fonts (local)
To ensure a consistent presentation, fonts are used that are served locally from this website’s own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts), and no data is transferred to third parties.
5. Map material
In the “Contact” section, a static map image is displayed that is stored locally on our server (data basis: OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors). When the map is loaded, no data is transferred to third parties. Only when you actively click “Plan route” are you forwarded to Google Maps; the privacy policy of Google then applies (policies.google.com/privacy).
6. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a treatment contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling your enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
7. Online appointment booking
For online appointment booking we use the booking tool Billfox. The provider is Endorphin Digital GmbH, Uedesheimer Str. 25, 40221 Düsseldorf, Germany (“Billfox”).
When you click “Book an appointment”, you are forwarded to the Billfox booking area. We process the data you enter there (e.g. name, contact details, requested appointment and any further information you provide about your request) in order to handle your appointment request and arrange the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of the treatment contract).
Billfox processes this data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Further details on the data processing by the provider can be found in Billfox’s privacy policy (billfox.de/datenschutzerklaerung).
